Indian American Trump Supporters Taste Their Own Medicine

The heat has turned on Indian American leaders of the Donald Trump's Republican party who earlier promoted the white Christian nationalism in US. Trump's MAGA supporters are targeting them, calling them useful idiots who are discarded the moment they become a political liability.

The far right trained his guns at Vivek Ramaswamy, the Republican candidate for governorship at Ohio, asking him to go to back to his country and fix his home. FBI director Kash Patel and Ramaswamy have faced racist attacks by the MAGA for his devotion to Hinduism.

They have also trained their guns on the vice-president J.D. who has Indian wife. They call his wife a political liability and unfit to belong the white Christian nationalism. They call Hinduism a wicked pagan religion.

The MAGA supporters had last month unleashed a fusillade of attacks on president Trump when he organised a Diwali festival in the White House along with Indian Americans.
